PMA Solutions has invested significant time and resources into developing the industry leading MIS platform for our logistics programs. Rather than an off-the-shelf product with limited flexibility, the program has been designed by our in-house IT team and is based on our client's requirements. The IT team developed the first version of the system in 1988 and have implemented a constant review and enhancement programme to ensure that it remains at the leading edge.

Although many of the changes have been at the 'back-end' and not visibly obvious to clients, these have greatly improved our ability to process orders even more quickly and efficiently. It has also provided a far superior platform to evaluate data to ensure that we are achieving, and exceeding, all client service levels as well as identifying areas for improvements.
