Staff

PMA Solutions warehouse staff have excellent and in most cases long-term experience.

There are over 20 full-time warehouse staff across all our distribution centres. The staff are divided into operational teams with a supervisor leading each team. The supervisors report through to Phill Vitek (National Operations Manager) who has over 25 years experience in all aspects of warehousing and logistics. All staff are selected based on appropriate experience, and most importantly, attitude, to achieve all service level expectations.

All staff receive the necessary training required to use all our systems. Training is also provided on all OH&S and other statutory requirements.
