State-of-the-art Facilities
PMA Solutions is a leading provider of logistics services for printed product in Australia. We have four distribution centres - two located in Sydney (Baulkham Hills and Erskine Park), one in Brisbane (Murarrie), and one in Melbourne (Tullamarine). We currently have the capacity to store more than 30,000 pallets of product, nationally.
All client products are stored in our purpose built facilities. Standard facility layouts include pallet racking, shelf locations, order processing area, designated fulfilment/hand line processing area, receipting bay and separate despatch dock.
Security storage is provided in purpose built caged areas where staff access is limited and controlled. Reporting and control of this area is otherwise similar to other storage areas.
Normal hours of operation are 6am to 6pm business days. This is, of course, flexible and we often work extended hours during peak times or for specific projects.
You only pay for what you use
To ensure our clients get value for their money we only bill for activities undertaken and for storage actually used. There are no extras such as management fees, administration charges or licensing fees.
All charges are covered by an agreement that sets the charges for all activities and storage rates. Activities are all client activated so control of these charges is fully controlled by them. Storage is charged monthly but calculated daily so a peak in receipting will not necessarily result in a peak in billing.
