As such the PMA Solutions model is based on keeping storage and distribution costs separate to production costs. They are completely visible to our clients and are based on activity and processes. Unlike many competitors, who consolidate logistics costs into production, we believe that transparency is essential in order to evaluate and (in partnership with our clients) manage costs out of this process wherever possible.
