Financial Accountant
PMA Solutions Head Office is conveniently located in the Hills District, Norwest Business Park. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role of Financial Accountant forms an integral part of the Finance Team within the Head Office. Working alongside of the Management Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Month End duties
- Preparation of the Profit & Loss
- Reconciliation of the Balance Sheet
- Statutory reporting
- BAS, FBT, and Income Tax reporting
- GL reconciliations
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- Support functions and daily adhoc tasks
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the ledgers
The successful candidate will:
- Ideally be a graduate and partly qualified or be looking to study towards their CPA/CA.
- At least have 2 years experience as an Assistant Accountant, and possess ability in the use of accounting information systems and related software packages such as Microsoft Office.
- Possess exceptional communication skills have an eye for detail, and be a dedicated team player as well as having the ability to work autonomously.

Trainee Sales Person - Safety Products
PMA Solutions is one of Australia’s largest independent providers of integrated print, promotional and safety products and logistics services. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Safety team.
Based in our Erskine Park office, you will work closely with both Operational and Sales personnel and be responsible for a wide range of duties. From warehouse tasks, data entry duties and customer service, this role will allow you to learn a range of skills that will enable you to become an integral part of PMA’s Safety team.
Ideally, the Trainee should display the following skills and qualities:
- A positive customer service attitude
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A strong desire to learn
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
